Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy

We are unable to accept cancellation of order once the transaction has been completed on line.  Our artwork is time consuming and unique, and unable to be returned.

As all our art work is produced by hand it may take up to a maximum of 28 days, from date of order for your entry to appear online.

Please allow 28 days from date of publication to receive your card.
You will have 14 days from publication of your entry on line to check it for mistakes.  If you find an error then we will replace your entry free of charge.  Any mistakes identified after the 14 day period will not be rectified, and your card will be sent to you based upon the information you have originally submitted via the online ordering system.

All our cards are sent recorded delivery.  If there is any damage to your card via the postal system then please return within 28 days and you will receive a replacement free of charge.
